Meet the Founder

HANEY HONG, FOUNDER and President

A husband, Reserve Naval officer, civic leader, and student of citizenship, Haney Hong is a "systems thinker" who has always focused his energy on helping individuals, offices, and organizations think strategically about how to be of service to their respective communities and society at large. He firmly believes that social value is the basis for strong organizational cohesion and performance, sustainable and scalable economic value, and true success. 

Haney is a graduate of Stanford and Harvard Universities. He continues to give back by volunteering in a number of roles for the institutions, which have given him much. He sits on several boards--non-profit and government--on the East and West Coasts.
